  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Customers may be contacted to confirm their order and delivery details.

2. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 4–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery location, order weight, and order value.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed or communicated before the order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • House/office number

  • Street/area

  • City

  • Postal code, where applicable

Unity Tower will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, opened, or contains an incorrect product, customers should contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of the package and product.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, customers may contact our support team. We will coordinate with the relevant delivery service to investigate the shipment.

7. Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order without a valid reason, additional delivery or return charges may apply.
